Welcome to Donostia-San Sebastián and welcome to Donostia-San Sebastián City Tour, the best way to discover the gems of San Sebastián.

Our bus and train route will take you around the must-see areas of this beautiful city, where the sea and the mountains are always a few steps away. San Sebastián boasts a great quality of life, world-famous gastronomy, beautiful architecture inspired by the French Belle Epoque at the end of the 19th century, as well as numerous gardens, parks, beaches and lively avenues. The tour on the Sightseeing Train lasts approximately 40 minutes and the Sightseeing Bus tour lasts approximately 1 hour.

Bus tour service and schedule

Low season: 10:30h, 11:30h, 12:30h, 13:30h, 15:30h and 16:30h

  • January: departures only on 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 21, 26, 27 and 28.
  • February: departures only on 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25. On February 10 and 11 the 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. schedules will not be operative.
  • March: departures on 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 11, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27. From March 22 to 27 there will be one more departure at 17:30 h

Dates with service disruptions:

  • Jan. 5, last departure 1:30 p.m., no service in the afternoon.
  • January 6th, no service.
  • On December 24 and 31 the service will end at 2:30 pm.

Mid season:

  • From March 28 to March 31 : 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 17:00, 17:30, 18:00, 19:00.
  • April 1 to 7: 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30.

Train tour service and schedule

Low season: 10:15h, 11:15h, 12:15h, 13:15h, 15:15h and 16:15h

  • February: departures only on February 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25. On February 10 and 11 the 3:15 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. schedules will not be operative.
  • From March 2 to 17: departures only on 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17.
  • From March 22nd to 27th : daily departures with an additional departure at 17:15 h.

Our double decker buses

Donostia-San Sebastián City Tour boasts a fleet of buses designed expressly for urban guided sightseeing tours. They travel at a maximum speed of 25 km/h. Our buses have a canopy in case of rainpanoramic windows that provide easy visibility for all passengers and TFT screens with information about different places on the tour. 

The bus offers an individual multilingual audio guide in 8 languages: Basque, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Chinese.  

Each of our buses has the capacity for 67 people and a space adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Our tourist train

The vehicle, an articulated train with two carriages, has screens in case of rainpanoramic roofs in all carriages provide easy visibility for all passengers. 

It travels at a maximum speed of 25 km/h. Our train has the capacity for 54 people and a space adapted for people with reduced mobility.
