• The following are totally prohibited: getting up, leaving rubbish or wrapping, putting hands or arms out of the window, any position other than being properly seated in the seats.
• No smoking, eating and drinking inside the vehicle.
• Disruption to the service by events or causes beyond the control of Donostia-San Sebastián City Tour, including adverse weather conditions, changes in the traffic circulation, or the lack of free places, shall not entitle the Customer to the reimbursement of the ticket 
• price.
• There are complaint forms available for passengers.
• Animals are not permitted on board, except guide dogs.
• The frequency of the service may vary depending on traffic and the season.
• Donostia-San Sebastián City Tour reserves the right to modify the itinerary, the schedule or the duration of the tour due to external causes or organizational causes of the service. Such changes shall not entitle the customer to the total or partial reimbursement of the ticket price.
• The ticket must be retained throughout the tour, since it may be required by the company staff at any time. Losing the ticket will result in the inability to access or continue the service.
